The order process:

1. You can order your grocery box either on the website or in the app.
2. Customize your order by adding groceries to your cart; for example cookies, bread and yoghurt.
3. When you have finished your order, head to your basket and find a pick-up date and time slot that fits your schedule.
4. Fill in the platform at Station Zuid where you want to pick up your order.
5. You will get a confirmation mail immediately after ordering. Half an hour before the indicated pick-up time, you will receive another mail as well as a message in the app containing the number of the locker for pick-up and the code to open the locker.
6. Your grocery box will be packed with care to ensure all your products are fresh and that the order is complete.
7. Pick up your order at the platform and enjoy!
