2. Provide Documentation: Include a clear picture of the received grocery box and the order number in your communication.
3. Review Process: Our team will review your submission and, if your claim is valid, a refund will be processed.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges
